Class Description

This class will never be boring; we provide a holistic approach to working out, ensuring that we work out every muscle group over the course of a week. In this class, we could be doing a high-intensity interval workout one day and lifting another.

Our group class is ideal for any fitness level. Our smaller group sizes allow our trainers to give you individualized attention and help you scale every workout to a level that works for you.
